Hi, I’m Ariana Teachey — a virtual assistant for wedding professionals and creative business owners, and the founder of Ariana Teachey & Co. Since 2022, I’ve supported wedding planners, photographers, lighting companies, and stationery designers who are ready to streamline their businesses and step away from day-to-day overwhelm.

As a virtual assistant for wedding professionals, I help manage the tasks that keep businesses moving forward. My support includes inbox and calendar management, content and blog assistance, workflow organization, and ongoing administrative support. I bring a calm, detail-oriented, and highly organized approach so you can confidently hand things off — knowing the details are handled.

My goal is simple: to give wedding professionals their time back. Time to focus on clients, creativity, and the parts of their business they love most, without feeling stretched too thin.

When I am not working, you can find me…
- Working out at Burn Boot Camp
- Sipping iced coffee
- Thrifting for unique finds
- Spending quality time at home with my husband, our two kids, and our golden retriever

If you’re looking for a virtual assistant who truly understands the wedding industry and supports your business like a trusted partner, I’d love to connect.

Welcome, I'm ariana

My background is deeply rooted in the wedding industry. While studying Public Relations at Virginia Commonwealth University, I discovered my passion for the behind-the-scenes work that keeps wedding businesses running smoothly. From there, I worked with a wedding-focused PR agency, supported planning and marketing at a luxury property in Charlottesville, and contributed to a locally owned wedding magazine and expo. These experiences gave me a strong understanding of how wedding professionals operate — and just how much administrative work happens behind the scenes.

Over time, I noticed a common challenge: wedding professionals are incredibly talented, but constant emails, organization, content management, and follow-ups can pull focus away from creativity, client experience, and growth. That’s where I come in.

Michelle is a virtual assistant with a background in weddings and influencer support. She spent five years working as a wedding planner at a venue before becoming a VA in 2017, and has been supporting wedding professionals and influencers behind the scenes ever since.

She’s proudly very Type A—super organized, detail-obsessed, and basically your organized best friend. Michelle loves helping others stay on top of all the moving pieces of their business and bringing calm, clarity, and structure to busy days.

Outside of work, Michelle is a mom to two little boys, married to her husband, and usually accompanied by their chocolate lab. She runs on coffee, loves a good reality TV binge, enjoys shopping and baking, and resets with a long walk whenever she can. Most days, she’s working with Taylor Swift or Noah Kahan playing in the background.

Shannon is the VA who loves helping small, women-founded creative businesses breathe a little easier. She knows how much business owners juggle and genuinely enjoys taking things off their plate so they can stay focused on their passion. She specializes in supporting lifestyle-focused brands and wedding industry professionals, with experience across cosmetics, bridal beauty, and baby boutiques. She’s also a boy mom, thoroughly outnumbered, and lives in Minnesota — where she became a certified spray tan artist to keep a glow even during the winter months!

Yasmin is a SoCal-based social media strategist who loves seeing clients gain confidence and real results from their online presence. A past client once called her an “insatiable learner,” which totally checks out…she’s endlessly curious and always finding new ways to improve our content.

At home, she’s a homeschool mom and fierce advocate for her child with special needs. She grew up on The Phantom of the Opera, now keeps The Greatest Showman soundtrack on loop, and almost always has a coffee nearby.
